Kerala is famous for its food. Kerala is situated right next to Tamilnadu which is located in the south west coast of India. The capital of the kerala is Trivandrum city and it is famous for its harbors.

These non vegetarian items are generally prepared by stir frying at a shack with quick garlic sauce and shallots with the taste of chili and turmeric. There is another food cuisine which is very famous as boatman’s curry.

To prepare boatman’s curry chefs use fish steak like salmon, swordfish, cod cooked in thick spice paste made of cayenne pepper, red chilies, paprika, turmeric, coconut and ground coriander which fried and then it is stirred with the green chilies, tamarind paste, shallots, ginger and salt.

This boatman’s curry is simple to cook and it tastes excellent and loved by lot of people. So foods cuisines in kerala are superb as compared to other food cuisines. There is another dish which is called a lamb dish, which is very famous.

This meat is prepared by the shoulder meat with spices, fennel, vinegar, coconut chips which is toasted. The sauce which is used for lamb dish is allowed to dry that it sticks to the meat and then it is fried with the shallots, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Because of these so many wonderful food dish, food cuisines in kerala is very famous.
